There are 4 levels of technicians at Diva's Wink iLash Bar. All lash tech positions are based upon skill level, duration of service times and experience. Training Tech being the least skilled to Master Tech being the most skilled.
Training Techs: Courtney, Kelsey
Advanced Tech: Grace, Amber
Senior Tech: Nina
Master Techs: Dom, Dee
****PLEASE NOTE: TRAINING AND ADVANCED TECHS WILL NOT HAVE PERFECT OR GUARANTEED LOOKS. THEY ARE WORKING TO BUILD THEIR PORTFOLIO, SO IF YOU WANT SOMEONE WITH A HIGHER SKILL LEVEL PLEASE CHOOSE EITHER A SENIOR OR MASTER TECH ----- ALSO YOU WILL BE LAYING DOWN FOR 3-4 HOURS TO COMPLETE A SET BY A TRAINING OR ADVANCED TECH****
We have a strict cancellation policy that we follow for all of our services due to previous high cancellation volume and out of respect and courtesy of our technicians. All of our techs are either mothers, don't live in the area or have other side jobs/schedules, so same day cancellations are very tragic to our schedules.
Our cancellation policy is that you must cancel your appointment at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time to avoid the cancellation fee of 50% of the service. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, then it could result in a cancelled appointment unless you've had permission from the salon. Please call us at 478-551-4230 if you can not cancel online.
You will be charged a $35 after hours fee for all appointments that are scheduled at 6pm and after on weekdays or anytime on Sundays.
BEFORE COMING TO YOUR APPOINTMENT:
- Please come to your appointment with a fresh face, meaning no makeup WHATSOEVER and clear your face of any oils.
- Please take out your eye contacts before your service.
- Please do not drink any caffeine before your appointment
There are absolutely NO REFUNDS! So please let your tech or management know before walking out of the salon if you are unhappy with your lashes.
Although, we do have a 5 day policy. This means if you are experiencing a large amount of lash extension fall out you can reach out to the salon within the first 5 days after the service is done so we can get you in for a fill in at no costs.
